Greasan – “All in 1” Cleaner, Sanitiser & Kitchen Degreaser:
Removes heavy soiling – Killing bacteria – Non-tainting – Neutralises odour
Greasan is a kitchen degreaser and sanitiser developed for the food processing and catering industries
where hygiene is of paramount importance. It has excellent cleaning and sanitising properties for all hard surfaces.
Greasan kitchen degreaser cleans machinery, hoods, ventilators, trolleys, bins, work tops and floors.
It deals effectively with spillages of oil, fats, grease, creams, sugars and preserves and will remove mildew,
grime and other stains and deposits.
Cleaning Applications:
Greasan kitchen cleaner is a versatile product may be used in varying dilutions as a bactericidal detergent or no rinse
terminal sanitiser.  For use on all washable surfaces including floors, walls, work surfaces, machinery and utensils.
Also suitable for interiors of food transport vehicles.  May be applied manually, by mop or cloth or with a sprayer or pressure washer.
May be used with hot or cold water.

Cuts through grease, oils, fats and other food based soilings.
Effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram negative bacteria including Salmonella spp, E. coli, Coliforms, S.aureus, Listeria monocytogenes.
Can be used as a residual sanitiser and cleaner to prevent the build up of bacteria and helps protect against the risk of food poisoning and spoilage.
Neutralises bad odours.
Unperfumed and non-tainting – ideal for use in food contact areas.
Tested to British Standards BS6471
Cleaning and Sanitising:
Apply the correct strength of solution for the surface.  Allow a minimum of 5 minutes for contact.  Rub surfaces loosely to enable contact with all of area.
Follow with a stronger clean.  The use of hot water will increase the products effectiveness.
Residual Sanitising:
Apply to previously cleaned surface at a dilution of 200:1.  No rinsing required at this dilution.
Dilution Guide:
Level of Soiling : Light – 1:100 (1%)  Medium – 1:50 (2%)  Heavy – 1:20 (5%)
